| Home Visit | £30 per hour | Includes call out and first hour onsite, subsequent hours charged at £30. |
| Workshop Repair | £40 plus parts | Flat fee for workshop repair regardless of time required to fix the fault, parts are charged seperately. |
| New System Support | £25 for 3 months | Full telephone and remote support for three months. Only available on new systems. |
| On Line Support | £10 per call | Telephone and remote resolution for a single call. Refunded against a site visit if remote fix is unavailable. |
| E-Mail Filtering | From £25 | Price is per mailbox per year |
